'Murder in: The Morvan' - Movie Review

Original title: "Meurtres dans le Morvan."

As in the other three "Murder in:" movies I've seen recently ("Murder in Haute-Savoie," "Murder in: Cognac" and "Murder in: The Land of the Cathars"), our two leads know each other too well to be working together. In this case, our local detective is joined by another detective who was not only her instructor at police school, but also her married lover. The mystery, while not brilliant, is one of their better ones, and as a whole fairly well constructed. It lacks in travel porn: the movie makes the area seem like slightly scenic farm land.
