Found in downtown London near the Blackfriars Tube station. In the courtyard of Baynard House, facing Queen Victoria Street (you can even see it from Google Maps Street View). The base is wrapped in the text of Jacques' "Seven Ages of Man" speech from Shakespeare's "As You Like It."
